HousingSurvey Pro is built by ProSurvey Apps Limited (company no. 17118570), the UK team behind DampApp Pro and PropertySurvey Pro — field survey software built for damp, timber and property professionals.
HousingSurvey Pro addresses a different job from a standalone survey report: organisation-wide case evidence. It combines field observations, psychrometrics, IAQ and HHSRS workflows with statutory case stages, work orders and integration into the housing provider's existing systems. The storage model follows one idea: any change to a sealed record must be detectable, and the record must flow into whatever system you already run.
Everything is self-serve by design — pricing on the page, checkout with a card, SSO and SCIM you configure yourselves — with published security, legal, integration and pricing detail available before a sales call.
What we can — and cannot — establish
The platform records observations, calculations, communications and case actions. It does not replace the landlord's legal judgement, a competent inspection or the regulator. Generated deadlines and screening outputs must be checked against the current law, tenure, hazard and circumstances.
Editorial and corrections standard
Regulatory pages identify their jurisdiction, link to first-party sources and state a review date. Product claims are checked against the implemented app, portal and technical handbook. We do not invent customer results, certifications or expert credentials. Send a correction to [email protected].
