Do I need to talk to sales?
No. Create your organisation free in the portal, invite users, connect your systems and upgrade with a card — entirely self-serve. Support is at [email protected] if you want a human.
What counts as a seat?
Only active surveyors (people capturing evidence in the field app) consume seats. Managers, admins and API access are free on every plan.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes — annual is 10× the monthly price, so two months free (e.g. Platform is £590 per surveyor per year).
What happens if we cancel?
You drop to the free Solo plan automatically. Every record, photo and audit trail stays intact and exportable — evidence is never held hostage.
Is the mobile app really free?
