We don't ask what CMS or HMS you run.

Housing associations run decades of history in their housing management system (HMS) or case-management system — we integrate with it rather than replacing it. One canonical, HACT-aligned evidence payload, delivered over whichever channel your IT team prefers.

REST API

Pull HACT-aligned evidence and property data; cursor pagination; scoped API keys; every call audited. OpenAPI definition available.

Signed webhooks

survey.finalized events pushed to your endpoint the moment a record locks — HMAC-SHA256 signed, retried automatically.

Inbound work orders

POST a damp/mould case from your CMS and it appears in a surveyor's app inbox with the statutory clock attached. Evidence links back to your case reference. A case for any of the platform's other hazard types your organisation has switched on — excess cold, asbestos, indoor air quality or radon — is raised from the portal itself; the inbound API endpoint doesn't take a hazard-type parameter today.

EDI flat-file (CSV)

Nightly per-day CSV drops for systems that ingest files rather than webhooks — the way housing IT actually integrates. Ad-hoc date-range exports from the portal.

SFTP (Platform plan)

Connect to your own SFTP server — no API project required. EDI drops, reports, letters, invoices and your tenancy register delivered out; property/UPRN stock, SOR schedules and tenancy records pulled in. Per-server keys, fail-closed host-key pinning.

Microsoft Power Automate

Import our OpenAPI definition as a custom connector and your team wires evidence into Dynamics, SharePoint, Teams and most housing systems without code.

Works with your stack

Because the channels above are standard, HousingSurvey Pro connects to systems including NEC Housing, Civica Cx, MRI Housing, Aareon QL, Totalmobile, Plentific, Oneserve, Joblogic — and anything else with an API, a file importer, or a Power Platform estate. Named-vendor adapters are built with pilot customers on demand.
